Reload is brand that works with musicians in different stages in their career, helping them grow and develop. We actively work with artists signed to independent/major record labels, as well as singers and songwriters who are just starting out. We also work with YouTube content creators and aim to help young artists grow by offering them the tools to propel or kick-start their career in the music industry. We also produce sessions which are featured on our YouTube channel which showcases stripped-back, live performances and acoustic performances. Our channel features over 300 videos, totalling more than 15 million views.
Reload Sessions is a channel where music lovers can explore and discover not only new talent but more established artists too. Recognised for our style and high production values, the sessions are an important outlet for artists who aim to establish, develop and maintain their online presence.
Reload began in 2012 as a project exhibiting new talent when, having assisted friends with several London-based live shows, co-founders Peppe and Joshua realised that a larger audience could be reached by migrating to an online platform. Six months on, Reload Sessions had become a fully-operational YouTube channel, releasing content every week and offering an increased audience reach to new artists. Today Reload Sessions is a well-established and constantly growing channel with over 15 million total views, 80,000 subscribers and over 300+ videos uploaded, with new videos released every week. Reload has since grown to take on the mantra of Watch\Perform\Grow, as we encourage young artists to learn and develop their skills to push their understanding of the music industry in order to achieve their career goals. We believe we have something to offer anyone who loves music - whether a casual listener, someone just starting out performing or an artist who has already experienced success in the past, we have a lot to offer.
Joshua handles all technical aspects of Reload, having graduated in Graphic & Media Design at UAL. However, his role is multifaceted and, as well as being a dedicated editor, he has a huge input concerning setting the tone of the sessions alongside Peppe. Joshua always stays informed on new audiovisual equipment, constantly learning and involving the best available kit in Reload Sessions’ work whilst still keeping the set up light and portable
Peppe is a London-born UAL graduate, co-founding Reload (Sessions) with Joshua in September 2012. The project-turned-company was born out of the pair’s passion for undiscovered and emerging talent in the music industry and, after 3 years of studying and working abroad, Peppe’s international experience in communications and project management led him to take on the logistical responsibilities of the brand, often being the first point of contact for incoming artists.
Chris is the lead editor for day-to-day projects. Based in north London, Chris mostly works on the majority of the sessions which feature on our channel. This doesn't mean that Chris' only skill is as an editor, over the years he's worked as a talent scout and a production assistant too but for now he leads the charge from the editing suite.
